**NC Residency Determination** o Students should use their CFNC log on info o Any undergraduate student applying for admission to a state supported college or university and claiming residency must use RDS for residency determination (for instate tuition). o Students applying to, or enrolled at, a NC Independent College or University who want a NC state grant must use RDS for residency determination. o When completed will receive your “RCN” (Residency Certification Number) which will need to be entered to complete a college https: //ncresidency. cfnc. org/residency.
