Spring Kairos Tuesday, March 24 th – Friday, March 27 th • Applications on back table tonight • Applications in Religion classes and student email • Cost is $425 Parent Meeting • Wednesday, January 22 nd at 6 pm • Assembly Hall

Senior Exit Interviews April 2 nd, 6 th, & 7 th – All on late start Thursdays • Interviewed by a panel • Resume required • Reflection on Rosary experience • Formal uniform required Dates and times will be assigned per student as it approaches.

Senior Privilege Day Friday, May 15 th • No seniors allowed on campus • Day before Prom • Seniors are gifted this day • There is NO sanctioned “ditch day”

Prom Saturday, May 16 th at 7 pm • American Way Cultural Center • Dress code – floor length is mandatory • Dress checks are due to Dean Nanry by 5/8/20 • Ticket information will be released at a later date

Rosary Uniforms • Donate and give back • Boxes will be available around campus the week of finals

Senior Awards Wednesday, May 6 th at 6 pm • Karcher Center • All seniors and parents are encouraged to attend Attire • Follow guidelines from Rosary Day

Senior Survey • Senior Survey due to Mrs. Moore by 4/24/20 • Must include information from all colleges to which you applied • Include scholarship information from ALL schools that gave offers and all you may have received from outside organizations • College Attending can be left blank if deposit has not been made

Mid-Year and Final Transcripts • Mid-year reports and transcripts will automatically be sent to schools in your Naviance account • CSU/UC will request mid-years if need be, make sure to check your portal • Final transcripts will be sent automatically if you indicate your college of attendance in Naviance and Senior Survey • Transcripts and reports will be delayed otherwise

Graduation Practice Tuesday, May 19 th Wednesday, May 20 th 1: 45 -3: 45 11: 30 -1: 30 • Attendance is mandatory for all seniors • Seniors MUST be on time – we will not wait • Wear the shoes she will wear to graduation

Baccalaureate Information • Thursday, May 21 st at 5 pm (Tickets are not required for Mass) • Senior attendance is mandatory • Must arrive at 4: 30 pm to Karcher Center • Seniors will sit together as a class, families behind Attire • Must wear graduation gown zipped for Mass (no cap) • Mass appropriate shoes o No tennis shoes, sandals, or boots

Graduation Friday, May 22 nd at 5 pm • Gates will open at 4: 15 pm • Seniors must be in assigned classroom by 4 pm • No flowers, balloons, signs, etc. during ceremony o Must be held in the Assembly Hall • Parking is limited; carpooling is encouraged • Seating is not assigned and cannot be held before 4: 15 pm After the ceremony • Take pictures immediately following • Seniors MUST return to assigned classroom to return gown and sign for their diplomas

Graduation dress code • White graduation gown zipped up • SOLID white dress • White/off white, or nude colored shoes • • o Heels, pumps, wedges, or a fancier sandal with back strap White mortar board with white hairpins 2020 Red and Gold tassel All cords and medals they received at Senior Awards The Rosary medallion they received at Baccalaureate NOT PERMITTED: Leis, necklaces, dangling earrings, booties, flip flops, sunglasses, gum, corsages, cell phones, headphones, or water bottles.

Cap and Gown • So. Cal Grad does gown fittings on campus o December 5 th – original fitting o Tuesday 21 st & Wednesday 22 nd at lunch o Check to make sure your daughter was fitted • She MUST bring her cap and gown to graduation o Clean and ready to wear! • She must turn in her gown after the ceremony in order to receive her diploma • Gowns turned in by 7: 15 pm – campus closes at 8 pm

Graduation tickets • Tickets will be distributed after school on April 30 th • Seniors will each receive 12 tickets for graduation • Seniors should communicate with each other to find more tickets • If you require additional tickets, please write a note addressed to the Rosary Administration with your name and need, and the school will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. However, no guarantees. • All in attendance must have a ticket (except for small children who will be sitting on your lap).

Grad Night Saturday, May 23 rd • Hornblower Cruise, Newport Beach - departs at 6 pm • Students will be bussed to and from Newport Beach • Arrive to Rosary 3: 30 pm / leave Rosary by 10: 30 pm • Dress warmly and appropriately – dress code given • Food is provided on boat - food prior is encouraged

Pranks • Not encouraged • Not taken lightly • Not funny Please discourage any prank behavior!
