What you need: • An adult to help • A blindfold • Foods to taste, such as different flavoured jelly beans, different fruit and vegetable slices, or a variety of yogurts (Use what you have at home!) • Spoons, if necessary • A cup of drinking water What to do: • Put your blindfold on • Pinch your nose • Taste the flavour of one food at a time (you will need an adult to help you with this) • Can you identify what it is? (You may want to take a drink of water before tasting again) • Now try the same food without your nose pinched. Now do you know what it is?

Week 1 History Time Capsule What is a time capsule? A time capsule is like a frozen moment in time. You can look back on your time capsule in the future when you are bigger. You will be able to look back at what life was like in 2020 and see how your life and the world has changed!
