Will get sent AFTER June 23 rd AFTER your diploma posts • WHERE? • We send ONE (1) to the school you list as “ATTENDING” on your senior survey • One (1) to BROWARD COLLEGE (no request needed- we send automatically for everyone!) • BROWARD COLLEGE FT: • WHO SENDS IT? THE STUDENT! Must request in your My. BC account • WHEN? Your AA degree will not post on your transcript until AUGUST; You can send it now, but the university MAY require you to re-send it to show your degree • Follow guide for which options to select!

Senior Survey • In Naviance • Complete all colleges you applied to (this is why we told you to do it as you go along!) and list the decision that you received • UF transfer option: please list “conditional acceptance” • SKIP SCHOLARSHIP SECTION separate survey • DUE: May 5 th

Scholarship Survey • If you received merit scholarships or scholarships from outside organizations, you need to complete the scholarship survey • This is how we will recognize you at the Senior Awards Ceremony! • DUE: May 5 th • If you receive any scholarships after that, notify Mr. Ollivierre directly via EMAIL.

FAFSA & BRIGHT FUTURES • FAFSA there is still time! • Bright Futures must complete the application or you will not be able to pick up your cap and gown. Follow instructions that have been sent multiple times! Check your Naviance message center! • Bright Futures: • School district sends transcript for every senior in JULY will have updated coursework and service hours • TEST SCORES: you do not send your test scores directly to Bright Futures; MUST send them to at least ONE Florida public university. SO IF YOU ARE RE-TESTING through June- MAKE SURE YOU SEND THEM TO A FLORIDA SCHOOL!! Free score sends when you register- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS! • Update your application with your final choice school so the scholarship goes to the right place

Broward College is looking for student stories? • Email your brief story (5 – 7 sentences along with your name, telephone and email contact info) to Dr. Weinstein by Thursday April 8 th : • Outstanding grades along with community involvement – must describe service • Received a MAJOR scholarship to continue your studies • Family members graduating with CA graduate (twins, siblings, parents/guardians)

College Academy at Broward College Graduation • June 8 th @ 2 PM • Nova Southeastern University- IN PERSON!!! • TWO TICKETS PER STUDENT - YAY!!! Do not request more – will NOT happen. Social distancing requirement. • Ceremony will be live streamed for other family members to watch at home

Cap & Gown • If you plan to participate in the CA live graduation ceremony, you need to order a cap/gown from Herff Jones. Instructions on how to order are on our website main page today. • MUST ORDER ASAP!!! • If you do NOT plan to participate in the CA graduation, you must complete a "not walking" form. Syllabi! • Save your syllabi from your classes Junior and Senior year, especially for those of you going out of state. You may need them to petition to earn credit for each course. Its easier to save them now then to have to search for them in a year from now!
