A Historic Trip l. Destination: Boston & Six Flags l. Transportation: Luxury Coach Bus l. Expectation: A Memorable Experience! l Chaperones: Cardinal, Riemenschneiders, Kupiec, Stevener, Szot, Copperwheat, Dornburgh & Nurse

Overview of the Trip Schedule l *Students must bring their overnight bag to school Thursday, June 8 th l 4: 45 am, 5 am at the latest – Arrive at High School ¡Bags checked/meet with chaperones l 5: 30 am – Departure Time l 8 am – 9 am – Rest Stop l 10: 00 am – Arrive at Quincy Market l 12: 00 pm – Lunch at Fire & Ice

Trip Schedule l 2: 00 pm “by land sea”, Duck tour (about 80 minutes) l 4: 00 pm depart for hotel to get changed for the cruise ¡Holiday Inn, Tewksbury. ¡ 4 Highland Drive, Tewskbury, MA l 6: 00 pm depart for dinner dance cruise on the “Spirit of Boston” (7 pm-10 pm)

Trip Schedule Day 2 l 7: 00 am Breakfast at hotel l 8: 30 am Depart for Six Flags New England Lunch voucher included (2 Hour drive) l 6: 00 pm Depart for home (3 Hour Drive). Golden Corral Buffet dinner on the way home l 10 – 11 pm Arrive home

Trip Schedule l Side Notes: ¡ Only unopened beverages allowed on bus. Empty water bottle ¡ Morning Snack Will Be Provided At The School (i. e. Bagels), all other meals are provided ¡ Clothing attire is comfortable casual. l Bring a change of clothes for the cruise l Good idea to bring a jacket as well for the cruise. l Bring good walking shoes ¡ Security Guard at hotel ¡ Check the weather prior to the trip and plan accordingly ¡ Students will need cash for any extra meals/souvenirs

Expectations for Students l Students must stay with their group at ALL times. No wandering! l Always take a buddy with you, bathroom included. l Students must listen and obey the instructions of their chaperones at ALL times. l If carrying a cell phone, give the number to their chaperone. l All school rules apply during this trip. Failure of a student to follow the school rules may result in disciplinary action. Including removal from participation in the graduation ceremony.

Emergency Procedures l We will contact you in the case of an emergency l It is very important that we have accurate contact information on the emergency forms

Behavioral Issues l In the event of a student displaying inappropriate behavior the following actions will take place. 1. Chaperones/Administrators will be notified. 2. Contact Parents. 3. The district reserves the right to secure separate return transportation. Parent/Guardian will be responsible for the cost of such transportation.
