Ratification Ballot Acceptance Conditions • 10. 5. 2 Acceptance Conditions — The following conditions must be met for a Ratification Ballot to be accepted. – 10. 5. 2. 1 The total number of Approve Votes shall be equal to or greater than 30% of the Primary Global Technical Committee Voting Interests, which have at least one eligible TC Member. – 10. 5. 2. 2 The total number of valid Disapprove Votes shall be less than 10% of the total number of Voting Interests that received the Ratification Ballot.
