SELF-WRITTEN MONOLOGUE You will be writing a monologue and then performing it in front of the class One page in length Your focus should be on the creation and development of a character � Therefore, do not take your character from another work and place them in a new situation.
SELF-WRITTEN MONOLOGUE We will have rehearsal time in class, as well as writing and editing time Monologues will be submitted the day before performances begin WITH a new copy of your resume!
TIMELINE Bring rough copies of your monologue on Tuesday 10/15 for peer editing and feedback Wednesday 10/16 will be for editing and beginning rehearsal 10/16, 10/17, 10/18, and 10/21 -10/25 for memorization and rehearsal Performances will be Tuesday 10/29, Wednesday 10/30, and Thursday 10/31.
