If selected as an option for the Edit Check Report, each Site’s Attendance Factor will be used to report Eligibility counts.

Update Site Attendance Factor as needed. If selected as an option for the Edit Check Report, each Site’s Attendance Factor will be used to report Eligibility counts. Check CEP if your site has qualified. There is a separate Edit Check Report available for CEP sites.
Setting that Affect Claims Reporting If you have marked a school as CEP, browse to Admin>Definitions/Setup>Community>CEP percentages and input the Free and Reduced percentages.

Setting that Affect Claims Reporting Reimbursement Rates Browse to Admin>Definitions/Setup/ Community/Reimbursement Rates are used on the Basic Claims report. Federal Reimbursement rates do not need to be entered. They are usually updated 10 -12 days after the USDA releases the new rates. Use the dropdown arrow to update Federal Reimbursement Rates if needed.

Browse to >Admin >Definitions/Setup >Community >Income Eligibility Guidelines to review.
