How does Solana Work? Your Solana data is hosted by Horizon and you will hear this referred to as ‘the Cloud’. The terminals can run when the Internet is down. Data is stored for 60 days. Central Office users connect directly to the Cloud and can log in 24/7 from anywhere, like home or office, with an internet connection. Managers log into the POS terminal program to make sales, and the Cloud for administrative and Back Office Functions. Cashiers use a PIN to log in at the site’s terminals only.

Use the Arrows to open a list of sites to choose from. You will be automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity. It can be annoying but it keeps your data safe!
