Transformation & Unification I see transformation as the central concept of adult/human development. If we are to understand the subtle day-to-day changes as well as the large crises in work and love, we must appeal to these central, on-going processes whereby each of us is driven by maturational necessity to be more who, to include within us disenfranchised parts, and to be as internally free as we are capable of being. We do this in steps throughout our life and rarely reach a steady state with either our work or our love life.
