Non-compliance Failure to comply with licence conditions or licence: • Prosecution or a civil penalty • Civil penalty up to £ 30, 000 per breach or failing • Interim Management Order • Revocation of Licence Hazards identified, may result in: • Improvement Notice, Prohibition Order, Emergency Remedial Action, Emergency Prohibition Order, Hazard Awareness Notice • Section 49 Charge for enforcement action
