Laser cut system speed with galvanometric head. The laser runs from the source to a galvanometric head where a mirror system sends the laser on the embroidery machine; with this system the laser beam achieves an incredibly high manoeuvring speed. With traditional plotter systems, the laser must be moved continuously on a Cartesian axis in order to make the same job that the galvanometric head system can achieve in few seconds. GENERAL PRESENTATION • Seit Elettronica, certified ISO 9001 -2000 Vision, is a worldwide leader in the production of laser machinery for cutting and engraving. The firm is placed in Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso, few kilometers from Vicenza and Venice. LASER BRIDGE SL 5 ZOOM GENERAL DESCRIPTION: • NEW revolutionary laser bridge “SL 5 ZOOM” for multihead embroidery machines with the new and exclusive “SL 5 ZOOM” system with variable field which allows to modify the laser field work from 100 x 100 to 500 x 500 mm guaranteeing the maximum quality and precision of cut and marking. This new galvanometric head allows in fact to optimize the dimension of the spot of the laser based on the chosen workspace. Cutting an area of 125 x 125 mm, as an example, the dimension of the laser beam is only 117µm. This extraordinary functionality, usable also with the new pulsed laser (advised for the cut of the leather), allows the thinnest and extremely precise cut also on 3 to 4 mm of thickness with a pulsed laser of 100 or 150 W of power. Thanks to the functionality of the new software Seit Magic Driver we offer a versatility and precision never seen before • The laser bridge can be used with one or more manufactoring machines (one or more Embroidery machines of any brand or type and/or a motorised plotter and/or a roller fabric system. • Thanks to the scroll bar extension, in any moment it will be possible to decide to increase the length of the laser bridge to add other Embridery machines or other devices. 11

LABELS CUTTER LCM 05 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Labels cutter LCM 05 is a modern Machine endowed of laser source with galvanometric head available in several powers, which allows the most difficult works on any fabrics in roll. LCM 05 can work in different modes, being endowed of optical sensors, it is possible to operate in manual mode, in automatic mode by regulating a measured step or automatic by the reading of the label. Moreover SEIT elettronica provides for the training of the people assigned to the use of LCM 05. Any possible adaptation of the system to situations of enviroment obstructions (drainings, pipelines etc. ) must be indicated previously. 60

It allows to realize inside the firm every part and to guarantee to our costumers a high quality of the achieved product. In order to guarantee the high quality of its products, Seit Elettronica projects and realizes inside it also the electronic parts (technologic heart above all others) not only regarding the wirings, but also producing and assembling with automatic welding lines the electronic boards that equip every machine. Every covering equipping the machinery Seit Elettronica is realized in this department provided of modern automatic machines. From the cut of the plate, to the punching, to the bending, to the wiring of the parts, our qualified carpenters achieve with precision the projects entrusted to them. Inside a modern equipped office, a team of mechanic and electronic engineers project and design every particular of the sophisticated machinery produced by Seit Elettronica. Thanks to the help of the most modern technologies of computer simulation, every part is designed and tested virtually and physically to know in advance its functionality. In close collaboration with the project office and with the market office, this department tests the machinery, finds the problems and suggests solutions and improvements. Thanks also to the knowledge of our technicians, it allows to make at any moment personalized tests of any material or particular works to satisfy the requirements of any our costumer.
