Seekonk Special Education Department What is SEPAC? The mission of the Seekonk Special Education Department is to prepare students with disabilities to be functional members of society by providing them with specialized programs, individualized services, and highly-trained personnel in an appropriate, least restrictive environment. SEPAC is a group of Seekonk parents with children with special needs who meet several times during the school year to share information and experiences and to support one another through SEEKONK Special Ed.
