Portfolio Benefits Map - Introduction This document is the Portfolio Benefits Map template to assist Portfolios to define the mapping of change drivers through to strategic objectives, at a Portfolio level. The template is in the form of a template, followed by a number of examples. This template is provided as a guide line for a Portfolio Benefits Map. Each FLC and FP may wish to tailor this template to suit existing processes etc, in consultation with the applicable Portfolio Management Office (Pf. MO). The Portfolio Benefits Map is a pictorial representation of linking change drivers through change initiatives and benefits to an organisations strategic objectives. 3
