Function Description When browsing. hdx pages, you can export the page contents to a Word or PDF document by performing the following procedure. During the export, only some topics are selected, and links in the exported document may fail to work. Therefore, this export method is not recommended. Procedure Exporting to a Word document: 1. When browsing a. hdx page, click Print in the upper left corner and choose Print the selected nodes. The Select Nodes for printing page is displayed. 2. Select the topics to print and click Print. The Print dialog box is displayed. The selected topics are displayed on an HTML page. 3. In the Print dialog box, click Cancel. 4. Exporting to a PDF document: 1. Open the Word document saved in the preceding step using Microsoft Office 2007. Note: Microsoft Office 2003 does not support conversion between Word and PDF documents. 2. (Optional) If an error message is displayed indicating that the file is lost, click OK. 3. Click the start button in the upper left corner of the Word document and choose Save As > PDF or XPS (P). 4. Select a save path and click Publish. The Word document is saved as a PDF document.
