What is Second Life (SL)? • Second Life (SL) is a 3 D virtual world/Multi user virtual environment (MUVE). • Developed by Linden Lab. Started 2003 by Linden Research, Inc in San Francisco • Educational perspective - 3 D virtual learning environment. • Using Avatar to interact with other people.
