Scottish Rite Cathedral Association • Title to the property, real, personal and mixed, owned by the coordinate bodies • Association is a 505 © 2 holding Company • Responsible for investments, budget and finances, personnel, pensions, insurance, and the building and grounds • Nine Cathedral Board Trustees are elected on a staggered basis (three each year for a three year term) • The Masters of the Four Coordinate Bodies and the Personal Representative to the SGIG are ad hoc Trustee Members with full voting rights

Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha • Incorporated in 1972 as a public 501 (C)

Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha • Incorporated in 1972 as a public 501 (C) (3) nonprofit charitable foundation • Its purpose is to provide a medium through which all Scottish Rite charity related to the Omaha Valley Foundation can be carefully coordinated and allocated • The mission of helping young people to talk who could not speak, to write who are not literate, and to assist them in becoming part of the community, the organization endeavors to provide scholarships to assist in educating those who will provide service through leadership for the future • Lodge of Perfection Venerable Master serves as Vice President and the President of the Line Officers Guild are appointed members of the Board of Directors. There also four at-large members, nominated by the Line Officers Guild and elected for up to three one year terms by the Lodge of Perfection

Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha Primary and On-going Obligations • 13 Scottish Rite Scholarships at the University of Nebraska at Omaha • Substantial financial support of the Scottish Rite Childhood Language Disorder Clinic in Omaha • Donates to the Plattsmouth Masonic Home, Fremont Masonic-Eastern Star Home for Children, Nebraska Masonic Youth Foundation and other local programs and institutions are given assistance as deemed advisable by the Board of Directors

Scottish Rite Foundation of Nebraska • Incorporated in 1974 as a result of the merger of the Scottish Rite Educational Welfare Association and the Scottish Rite Relief Board • Charged with the responsibility of dispensing all money received from Scottish Rite Masons throughout the State of Nebraska • Principle philanthropy of the Foundation is the diagnosis and treatment of children with language disorders called Rite. Care • Is a public 501 (C) (3) nonprofit charitable foundation and support is solicited from both Masons and the general public

Organization of the Omaha Valley of the Scottish Rite • Composed of four coordinate bodies • Lodge of Perfection, Chapter of Rose Croix, Council of Kadosh, and Consistory • All line officers, both elected and appointed, are active members of the Line Officers Guild • Past Masters and Commander are encouraged to participate in Guild meeting for three years after their term expires – they would decrease participation each of the three years (they would not have motion or voting power). The purpose for continued involvement is for continuity and mentoring

Line Officers Guild (LOG) • The approving body as well facilitator and creator of all actions and activities of the Omaha Valley and is composed of all 34 officers of the four coordinate bodies • The President of the Guild is the Wise Master of the Chapter of Rose Croix or the Eminent Commander of the Council of Kadosh • Wise Master and Eminent Commander serve a one year term on an alternate yearly basis where the one who is not the President is the Vice President • An adjunct Guild member is the Venerable Master of the Omaha Valley of the Knights of Saint Andrew, if not a member of LOG officers does not have a vote
