President’s Report Scofield ROA Board of Directors’ Mission: To protect and enhance the quality of life for our residents by focusing our efforts on the following areas: v Equitable enforcement of covenants v Fiscally responsible management of HOA assets v Proactive advocacy for our neighborhood v Fostering a sense of community between our residents We will act of these tasks with an eye toward balancing the rights of the individual with the rights of the community.

Such drastic changes are • intended elimination of landscape in favor of rocks or nothing • elimination of trees • non specified fencing • non specified roofing • additions • Renovations away from original design/appearance. This specifically Does Not mean it can't be approved. It simply means trained design eyes need to weigh in on what is being proposed.

Scofield Farms Community Pool The Pools are maintained by Tropical Pools Pool shock occurs every Monday morning Regular chlorine, chemical balances conducted daily during summer months & 3 x week non-summer months Lifeguard Service provided by Lifeguard 4 Hire 2017 Lifeguard hours: Thursday & Fri: 4 PM to 10 PM The pool is open from April-October (The actual dates are usually at the discretion of the Board) Sat & Sun: 5 PM to 10 PM Life Guards on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Main Scofield Farms Pool Rules The pool center is a community pool therefore it is a non-smoking and a tobacco free facility Alcohol and glass are not permitted Do not eat on the pool side or in the pool No jumping off lifeguard stands Do not allow non-key card holders entrance The pool rules were created for your safety and are posted on the SF website and at the pool display case If a pool violation such as trespassing is observed during typical weekday business hours 8 -5 please contact CMA (512)339 -6962 or email: frontdesk@cmaaustin. com As a resident in good standing, you have the right to question a pool visitor regarding observed pool violation(s), trespassing or possible unauthorized party
