Science Facilities • Added Science Facility Options at multiple locations to offer a wide variety of laboratories • Supports multiple types of science – Life sciences including animal, plant, and cell – Medical science including human performance, bacterial science, and vaccines – Crystal growth, materials science, space and earth science • Network connections to NASA centers • Staff to support operations – Coordinate deliveries between science facilities and launch site – Support experiment monitoring during missions • General lab equipment provided with specific equipment provided upon request

Cargo Logistics • Up to 767 kg of cargo handed over and loaded 24 hours prior to flight • Environment controls provided during transit to the Launch Pad 0 A and recorded at all times • Supports cargo travel time from ground to space under 96 hours for time sensitive science and cargo – Ascent times to station reduced below 48 hours – 24 hour refresh capability in the even of a launch scrub

Cubesat Deployer • Added additional deployer options – Loaded and installed on Cygnus prior to launch – Loaded and installed on Cygnus prior to departure • Added flexibility for when cubesats need to be ready prior to flight • Hosted payload operations to include data interfaces if required • Experienced operations staff to coordinate on-time deployments and support for early mission operations

Long Duration Missions • Increased mission duration to support 1 year operations – Scalable support staff to support mission specific objectives – Scalable pointing requirements & modes to tailor to payload needs – Experienced engineering staff to support integration and verification based on payload requirements • Provided real estate on the Service Module to host various sized payloads – Power interface supports up to 7 Amps on a 32 Volt bus – Data interface supports both low and high speed serial interfaces – Discrete signals also provided upon request
