2020 Summer Meal Initiative Preparing Students for Life
2020 Summer Meal Program Ø 78 school sites (original 77 plus Shaw Elementary) Ø Meal times pick-up: 10: 30 am – 12: 30 pm Ø Grab & Go Model Ø Each child receives one bag with lunch for that day and breakfast for the next day. Ø On Thursday, each child will receive meals for Thursday and Friday. Ø Friday’s bag will either be a cold option (like a sandwich) or a individually packaged frozen lunch item with heating instructions. Ø SNS also provides summer meal program to 34 parks and recreation centers and 21 mobile locations. These meals are provided from our Production Kitchen at Silo Bend. Preparing Students for Life
