In the morning of extent 18 January 2017 four additional earthquakes occurred in the areas near to Arctic sea ice those already affected, in particularbyon. UNEP/GRID-Geneva southern part of the same territories, in Abruzzo This graph has been developed and displays values of the Arctic Region. The event arrived after exceptional heavy snowfalls, worsening the fragile sea ice extent. It is automatically updated every day and shows a severe decline in the situation.
