SBIdeas (Suggestion Scheme) Kaizen The suggestion Scheme serves as an ideal forum for bringing about an improvement in the existing situation or creating a new situation, which helps reduce costs or increase efficiency, productivity or simplicity. In pursuit of the Core Values of innovation, employees are encouraged to initiate innovative suggestions, which could improve the existing way of working.

How Does It Began?

HISTORY Previously the HR department itself looked after this scheme. Now they have outsourced this scheme to outside agency. The Agency is Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd.

What does the Magus Do? ?

Magus Employed Employees to look after this scheme at various Locations

What Does they Do?

They Receive Ideas from GSK Employees, Contractors Etc. , Send the Ideas to HOD’s for comments and evaluation. Give feed back on the idea to the idea generator. Prepares MIS for HR&A Manager

Pick an Idea form from SBIdeas Help Desk or Call 277 to give ur idea or CC-Mail Idea Form SBIdeas Help. Desk

What Happens to my Idea once I have given it? ?

HOD Idea goes to HOD’s for Comments

What Does the HOD Does?

HOD studies the idea and writes his comments and then he forwards to SBIdeas Helpdesk

What does the SBIdeas Helpdesk Does? ?

SBIdeas Help Desk sort outs the ideas into Accepted ones and Rejeceted ones. Accepted ones are handed over to SBIdeas Sub-Committee

Sub. Committee What Sub-Committee Does? ?

Sub. Committee Sub-Committee scrutinizes all the accepted ideas and submits the selected ideas to Site Committee

Site Committee What Site Committee does? ?

Site Committee looks all the ideas, studies them and rewards them.
