Improved maintenance by a common layout of all language variants n This tool will keep a common layout of the material independent of the language – as far as possible. Exceptions of the common layout n A common layout of a slide is not possible in each case: Graphical elements may refer to particular text parts to highlight them: ¨ underlining ¨ surrounding ¨ pointer to text (arrows, bubbles) ¨ different colours ¨ different font n These special graphical elements have to be excluded from a common layout which will be organized by means of this tool.
