Savior had been born Luke 5 32 I
Savior had been born! Luke 5: 32
I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Amen Luke 5: 32
When is the Christmas Day? Who was born on that day?
Bible foretold in detail about his birth. Isaiah 7: 14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
Bible foretold in detail about his birth. Micah: 5: 2 Out of Bethlehem will come for me who will be ruler over Israel…. .
In the town of Nazareth, a virgin called Marry lived. She was engaged to Joseph. One day, God sent the angel Gabriel to Mary.
“Mary, be glad, God is with you. You have been blessed by God. You will soon give birth to a son, and he will save the world. ”
How can I have a baby? I am a virgin.
“Nothing is impossible with God. The baby will be given to you by God. Therefore, the one to be born will be the son of God. ”
Mary was a sweet young girl who served God well. “I am God’s servant. So, may what you have said come true. ”
But Joseph became troubled when Mary got pregnant. This was because they were not married yet. The kindhearted Joseph thought of no marrying Mary.
“Joseph, the child is from God. You shall name him Jesus. This child will later save his people from their sins.
In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. So everyone went to his own to register. Joseph and Mary also left the town of Nazareth in Galilee and went to the Bethlehem.
Mary gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger.
I can’t believe the birth of Jesus!!! Me, either!!!
How can a virgin have a baby? Is it true? ”
“Nothing is impossible with God. ” There are so many things that happened beyond our imaginations.
Ask your friends!!! Who made the earth? God made the earth. Who made the first man and woman? God made the first man and woman.
We believe the Bible is God-breathed, don’t we? The Apostles’ Creed, “I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heavens and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered…so forth.
Why came Jesus to the world? “I have come to call sinners to repentance. ”
Before Jesus came to the world people and kings turned away from the God. They worshiped detestable idols.
God’s words came to many prophets to warn the people to turn away from the sin. The Lord would not leave the guilty unpunished.
People didn’t pay any attention for the warnings.
God sent his only son Jesus to save the people.
The first preaching word of Jesus was “repent. ” In MT 4: 17, it is written, from that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near. ”
He was sent to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God (LK 4: 43) and to give warning to the evil doers.
Clearly he mentioned that “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repent. ”
At the last chapter of the Bible it is written, Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy. ”
Jesus said, I will give to everyone according to what he has done. We must know he is fair.
It’s good to celebrate the coming of Jesus with joy. But let’s not forget to thank God’s love.
