If you receive unnecessary emails then they are not needed because it might be just a hello or thank you so you do not need to read it straight away but you don’t have to delete it. • You can archive emails by taking them off your email which is called exporting and then saving on your computer for example using a usb or external hard drive. if you archive it properly it stores it into a email no word document. This means you can put the email back in it’s original place when you get space or if you need to use that email or forward it. It is important to do these things as it saves space on your email to save more emails, and time, helps to store, emails, and saves you from getting viruses or being hacked.
