Steam Injection System • CLN Fuel System Upgrade (Fuel/Steam Pre-Mix prior to Fuel Manifolds and Fuel Nozzles) • CPS has developed a low-emissions combustion system, the Cheng Low-NOx (CLN®) system. CLN® simultaneously reduces NOx and CO emissions with the benefits of improved power/efficiency that lower operating cost by saving fuel. • The CLN development was started in 1998 with the first commercial installation in 2002. Most recently, CPS has converted five DLE combustion systems of the Rolls Royce 501 KB 7 S from DLE into the CLN® System reducing heat rate, NOx and lowering CO.
