A State Level Committee for Women Welfare in O/o C&DMA, Guntur was constituted by including Women Safai Karmacharies working in the ULBs as members and the Additional Director, O/o C&DMA as presiding officer. Instructions issued to the all Municipal Commissioners to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (Women’s’ protection cell) in the ULBs to curtail harassment on women workers working in the ULBs.
