Backstory Sandy is a 54 year old Russian mother of two. She can therefore be seen as the core of the community, and since her arrival the area has become a much more appealing place to live; in the way in which humans are interacting with nature and how the creatures interact with each other. She is also the priest in her towns church. Sandy’s Introduction to Street Fighter (Competition): Divine Powers Sandy’s son “Luke” wished to be a Street Fighter, despite trying her best to make her children hate aggression, going to the extremes to remove any forms of media that involve even mild violence she has been unsuccessful with Luke, whom she is starting to believe may be in contract with demonic elements. Sandy therefore tried a new approach by becoming a Street Fighter, however she cannot bring her self to hurt people, so instead she tries to make them stop fighting instead. Sandy believes that if his son see’s her fighting that it will make the sport seem unappealing due to his mother doing it. Sandy’s strong faith in God, and through constant praying has led her to transcend humanity in some senses, and has gotten to the point that God has even lent her some of his divine power- If Sandy was a inheritor of the original sin this would cause her to contort her powers for evil, enabling to kill anything via a single notion of murder, however due to this being an impossibility for her she uses this power to aid others. She is also sterile and she became pregnant via her wish to have children.
Fighting Style • Sandy cannot harm others, it is a impossibility for her; thus she heals them and demoralises them to the point that they stop fighting. This pacifistic route that Sandy takes leads her to be a more grappling character, and as she fights she tends to the warriors wounds, feeds them during combat and even compliments them. Characteristics • Sandy can look similar to the stereotypical Russian old woman, she is mildly obese and rather old-looking. She wears a babushka and a apron stating “God is with us” at all times, despite her weight she is actually very sporty and is constantly in jogging shorts. The arms on her plaid shirt have been ripped off and have been made into a scarf for her daughter due to the amount of fabric around the arms. Voice Sandy has a very strong Russian accent, however due to Gods help she is able to speak any language fluently, but retains a Russian accent in every case. The voice is also to be slower and more soothing, and is somewhat average in terms of the frequency a Russian woman would speak at.
Audience • Sandy is a character that is designed to bring in the a diverse audience that Street Fighter currently does not tackle. Sandy is the first non-anorexic female character that does not follow the average body architecture for females (Especially in fighting games), she is rather large. This design purpose is to show more realism within the character, but also draws a audience that want a more diverse character cast, making it a good character to show to those that don’t want the exact same female character cast except with mild changes to the body frame, and the largest things making them their own person is unique colour schemes and hair styles. Sandy is a non-sexualised female character! Unlike quite a few other characters Sandy is not designed to be highly sexualised, she wears a appropriate amount of clothes, these clothes are not designed to be made with latex and hang freely and thus leaving much more to the imagination than other female street fighter characters, such as Cammy or Laura. Sandy is a comical character, her character is designed to have a abstract fighting style that has a more imaginative way of fighting than other characters, she quite literally helps her opponent. This comical side is then to be more appealing to people that want to have a comical match. Sandy is a emphasis-able character, she is a single mother, so has the problems of those that are over worked. Constantly being on the move never able to sit down and do something she wants to. This then makes the character range more diverse in the sense that it brings in more situations that have occurred to people.

Backstory Experiment: 224 -46 -642 is a prototype for a genetic machine created by the Shadaloo organisation, however actions within the project where heavily influenced by the illuminati. The idea behind the creation was to stop the full human thought patterns whilst still retaining human elements and being able to sustain the mind of a human. The basis being to fix a problem that the dolls had with gaining self-conscious, the machine having no mind to begin with would not regain aspects they had never attained. Thus being a vessel for a mind (M. Bison’s). 224’s Introduction 224’s Body Development After the dolls retaliated and production of doll related products ceased, 224 was also disposed off, not being fully finished the biological robot laid somewhat dormant for 10 years, however due to having some biological components the machine was able to still continue to “Grow” itself into a complete machine. Waking up years later by a rouge hacker corrupting the Shadaloo systems in aims to get money the machines mind was flooded with data from an external source (The internet). Another large gap of time passed and it fully wakes- The sole purpose is to fight and learn, both learn about the world around it and to learn the weaknesses of everything in the world, believing its purpose is to learn and evolve. 224 was an unfinished prototype, and due to being unfinished the body was rather weak, it was able to keep it self together, however hardening of the cells were only done under command therefore the character needed to anticipate an enemies attack afore they were able to take the damage. The character is also currently going through its ‘infancy’ stages of mind, with many of the brains neurons still not fully formed and the mind still struggling to interpret things as well as it will when it has finished its main growth.

Characters • 224 is fully enclosed within clothing, this is due to a feeling of vulnerable-ness when exposed and as such 224 remains completely covered. This Scopophobia is only reduced and the character still feels uncomfortable being seen. 224’s Apparel 224 is a creature of the night and wears dark either black or navy blue clothing that aids with camouflage at night. The character also dons a bikers helmet that has been modified to accommodate a gas mask underneath, his clothing is mainly inspired by biker gear and space suits. 224’s Voice 224 is unable to speak his full vocabulary, and in areas he does not understand or cannot pronounce he adds in a static tone, this can make him seem more robotic as he does not even attempt to speak it, and is similar to a “This command is unrecognised” response.
