+ Steps for Selection: Selection Process • • Online Test to be held at Campus Group Discussion • Shortlisted students would be called for Personal Interview -Technical Round and HR Round + Offer and On Boarding • Offered CTC on joining 1. 2 to 2. 4 LPA • 3 months of probation on Campus to Corporate ( Technical/ Domain/ Behavioral) Online Test • Technical & • Aptitude Group • Elimination Discussion round Personal Interview • Subject to selection + Employment/Salary: Commitment of minimum 12 months from the date of joining. Salary will be revised on every 6 months as the company’s policy. First 3 months no stipend will be provided; 5 k from 4 th to 6 th month and than payroll (10 -15 K or more as per the performance) + Bond Conditions: Employment Service Agreement for a period of 1 year, from DOJ, with surety signatures. Employee is liable to refund a sum of Rs. 50000/- towards bond money in the event he or she leaves the company during the bond period.
