Lessons Learned • Statewide focus has been key to our growth; partnerships • Grant/donor “development” • Simple, single focus fleet events often work best (e. g. biodiesel roundtables, Just the FACTS) • Identify value added opportunities (e. g. FFV direct mail) • Embrace broad range of strategies and benefits (i. e. CC portfolio plus…) • Be the “go to expert” on policy (e. g. OTWG) • What didn’t work: Effort to develop web-based 8 analytical tools for fleets
Goals for 2008 & Beyond • Green Fleets (State Program, Municipal, Private) • Diesel Database (replicate FFV database) • More Auto Shows – 2008 Buyers Guide • Ohio Transportation Working Group • High-level E 85 Statewide Conference • More Partnerships – e. g. Enterprise • CMAQ: CNG Development; Anti-Idling, Retrofits • Cross Energy Sector Projects (e. g. TSE – possibly including wind-powered facility, PHEVs) 9
