PARTICIPANTS • 10 FT, 2 adjunct-single, 1 adjunct many • 10 non- hispanic, 3 no answer • 10 white, 1 asian, 2 no answer greater than 10 years • 2 3 to 10 years • 1 less than 3 years • 5 male, 7 female, 1 non-binary

YOUR GOALS • Increase awareness of systemic inequities and discuss how they impact student learning • Reflect on individual and student identity and the impact identity has on the learning environment • Learn about and make plans to engage students with inclusive teaching practices
