THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS l l SHASSIC was identified by National Technical Committee who developed the Master Plan for Occupational Safety and Health in Construction Industry. This Master Plan was approved by Cabinet on 2 nd August 2006. Technical Committee for Safety and Health in Construction ( formed by CIDB) directly involved in the development of SHASSIC Members representation from: CIDB, DOSH, JKR, JKT(KPKT), MBAM , PKMM, PAM, REHDA, IJM, UM, KPPDIP, MOSHA, NIOSH,
