Safe Sanctuary Policy United Methodist Women is committed to creating a safe space for all, particularly young people and vulnerable adults, by following our Safe Sanctuaries policy and we invite you to do the same. In addition to back ground checks and training for staff and volunteers, we ask all those present to follow the “two adult rule. ” This means that no adult should be alone with participants under age 18 or with vulnerable adults.
