Administrative Police Objectives: prevention of offenses, protection of people and property, maintenance of public order.
Administrative Police Measures Control and verification of identity with the possibility of retention until the establishment of the identity (max 6 hours). Temporary closure of a commercial or publicly accessible facility. The establishment of a security perimeter that prohibits or limits access to a portion of the public highway or to a place accessible to the public. Retention of people reported or wanted (max 6 hours).
Administrative Police Measures The search of vehicles, that wish to access a security perimeter. The seizure of objects or substances endangering public order. Search for endangered people, or in case of a hazardous situation in a building, an annex, a vehicle or an unbuilt area. The placing in administrative detention of an adult who compromises the public order or constitutes a danger for himself or for others.
