SAFE AND UNCONFORTABLE PLACES AT OUR SCHOOL
The Aim and The Analytical Instrument • The aim was to find out the opinions of pupils on which places in school they consider as safe and on the contrary, which ones as unsafe. • A map of school with bubbles that represent the places of the school - corridors, classrooms, dressing rooms, areas around the school and other places of the school.
Mapping • Mapping took place during one week in all grades 1 to 9. Each pupil should, at his own discretion, color the individual fields with green and red color (green color safe places, red color - dangerous places). If a place was missing on the map, pupils could write it in the map. Then pupils were to assign numbers from 1 to 3 to the three safest and the three most dangerous places. • The mapping was anonymous and 632 pupils participated.
