SYNOPSIS Ø The district of Isandra has been created in 2007. The district is extended in 1 334, 15 km 2 with a total population of 210. 500. In 2007, gender approach was unknown Ø 2012: Elaboration of program for gender mainstreaming and women empowerment in accordance with the SADC Gender Protocol Ø Actions began at workplace Ø Efforts continued and spread over all surrounding councils and within the district Ø Activities and efforts brought about changes, especially in women decision-making field “Now and Post 2015, Yes we Must. ”
