Eligibility Criteria 1. obtain an ELMAB 3 (English + Math + Best 3 Subjects) aggregate not exceeding 11 points excluding CCA bonus points; 2. minimum Grade 3 for each subject; and 3. meet the subject-specific requirements of the courses they are applying for. Some courses may require relevant subjects to be less or equal to 3. Eligibility does not guarantee placement in a PFP course. Placement is subject to the availability of vacancies and in open competition with other eligible applicants based on merit.
