S-330 Task Force/Strike Team Leader Demobilization Assemble Task Force/Strike Team for departure from the incident. • Visual assessment of personnel assures readiness. • Discuss travel route and rest stops. • Radio frequency and cell phone numbers for travel. • Depart incident. • Update home unit or new incident if reassigned, on delays en route, or rest overnight (RON) information. S-330 Task Force/Strike Team Leader Post Incident Responsibilities • Complete agency-specific documentation and timekeeping. • Ensure all vehicles and equipment assigned to you are in service. • Ensure all of your personal gear is ready for duty or reassignment. • Ensure personnel are adequately rested and ready for duty or reassignment. • Remind resources to close out with their home dispatch on arrival.
