Winter Break Mini Session Classes • Class FEES $5/session if paid in full before class begins. Drop in fee $8 per class; available at Fitness Center • ALL Class FEES( 2 x per week $30) ( 1 x per week $15) unless otherwise noted • 30 minute classes are $15 for the session / Registration for half of 30/30 classes is available. • Drop in Fee Only $8. 00 per class • Classes Begin January 4 th End January 24 h Make up week to follow • ALL Fitness Classes will be 3 WEEKS!
Step/Tone/Barre/Core Instructor: Lisa Francey-Towle Time: Tuesdays, 9: 05 -10: 05 am Description: By combining the best from step aerobics, Pilates, yoga and weight training, we will sculpt your muscles and create a beautiful, lean body. Join us with these fast-paced intervals of muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves and fluid stretches.
