1 Design your Rx Template

Prescription Template Example: for a Ganirelix with Follistim Cycle we will need 1. Follistim (not sure if patient might need 300 or 600 or 900 IU Cartridge) 2. Follistim Pen Device 3. Ganirelix 4. Menopur 5. Menopur Q Caps 6. HCG 10000 7. Progesterone in Ethyl Oleate 8. Desogen 9. Needles to inject IM 10. Syringes to mix Menopur 11. Needle Disposal System 12. Etc.

2 Create Rx Template

Prescription Template To Create a Template (Setup Drugs Prescription Template) Click on New button on the bottom right hand side

Prescription Template 1. Define Prescription Template Name

Prescription Template 2. Select Drug and specific Drug Strength s for your Template

Prescription Template 2. Select All Follistim options (300, 600, 900)

Prescription Template 3. Enter Quantity, # of Refills and click in Sub checkbox if Substitution is allowed for this drug

Prescription Template Continue entering Menopur, Menopur Q Caps, HCG 10000, Progesterone in Ethyl Oleate, Desogen, Needles to inject IM, Syringes to mix Menopur, etc. 4. Click Save

3 Test your Rx Template

Testing Rx Template 1. Go to Patient Chart 2. Click on Rx icon

Testing Rx Template 3. Chose the template you created 4. You will see all drugs, needles and supplies you created on the template will automatically populate
