Your Diploma Name The Intent to Graduate Form initially showed you the Diploma Name we have on file for you. The Diploma Name is also used in the Commencement Program. Diploma Mailing Address All diplomas will be mailed by the Office of the Registrar. The Intent to Graduate Form initially asked for your Diploma Mailing Address. Complete an Address Change Form When will my diploma arrive? Expect to receive your diploma about one month after the end of the Spring term (end of May/beginning of June) Why does it take so long? Degree Approval Form RMC students no longer interface with the Degree Approval Form. RMC will complete and submit the forms to the Office of the Registrar on behalf of all Doctor of Medicine candidates. No action is needed on your part. Rush University | 3/3/2021 8
