S T R M Understanding “Why” You are an Army National Guard Soldier. It is the job of the RSP to prepare you for IET (initial entry training). The goal of this lesson is to ensure you are Mentally Prepared for the task at hand, Administratively Correct, so as to properly support your families and provide for any personal needs, and Physically Fit to have confidence you need, to successfully graduate from Basic Combat Training. 2
