RSC Eastern Update October 2013 12 Latest News RSCs customer satisfaction survey Jisc conducts a regular Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) across all 12 Regional Support Centres. 98% of those who responded had made use of RSC support and communications over the previous 12 months, and 91 per cent said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the support they received. bit. ly/jiscimpact

RSC Eastern Update October 2013 New Resources Case study – moving to mobile devices in the workplace LAGAT Training & Recruitment have shared their FE & Skills Programme Final Project Report.
