Routine Inspections �A routine inspection is an interior and exterior inspection that occurs at every property on a regular, recurring basis � Routine Inspections: These occur every 10 -14 days and must be done no more than 2 days prior than the due date and no later than the due date

Routine Inspections � If a property is found to be occupied during a routine inspection, document it on the form � Take good photo documentation to support the occupancy before knocking on the door: § § Car in driveway (including license plate) Holiday decorations or other personal property Car in driveway, license clear Decorated for current holiday Mark “No” on form under “Vacant? ”
Routine Inspections � Knock on the door and, if safe to do so, get the occupant’s contact information and details of why they are there � If the occupant is renting the property, ask for a copy of the lease � Continue with the exterior inspection, if safe to do so
