Measles Rubella Campaign: Strengths and Positives • Highest level of political commitment at state. • Intense regular review by PS MHFW & MD NHM. • Exemplary leadership shown by the district magistrates in field. • Strong inter departmental coordination, especially by education deptt. • Distt Immunization officers and CMOs took the challenge positively and whole machinery was involved. • Excellent support by partners; WHO NPSP, Unicef, UNDP, Rotary, Lions, CORE.
Social Media campaign started a month before the launch of MR campaign. Hon’ble Chief Minister, Deputy CM, 14 Cabinet Ministers, MPs, MLA’s, IAP members part of this innovative campaign 41. 4 Million impressions
