Rough Draft: Guidelines • Read your writing carefully and critically: RUBRIC looks for: focus, content, organization, style and grammar/mechanics. • Double Space your paper and change margins to 1”(inch) –top/bottom, sides. • No extra spaces between the paragraphs.

Rough Draft : Guidelines • Font/Font Size: Times New Roman, size 12 font. • Minimum length requirements: five full pages. • EVERY LINE on page 5 must be used. Any less than five full pages will result in the paper being returned and will be subject to 10% per day. • If you decide to add more information, do not forget to include this in your Works Cited. • Number your pages: see page 19. • Add your title to page 1: see page 19.

Add them… • Be sure your paper meets the requirements: -5 full pages (not including Works Cited) -If page 5 is not full, it will be returned. -6 sources from three different types, one must be firsthand source. These must be cited in your paper and appear in Works Cited. -Proper MLA format for citations/Works Cited.
