Qualifications & Prerequisites 1. Attend Grant Management Seminar 2. Sign TRF Memorandum of Understanding & D-6000 Addendum 3. Host partner in project country 4. Host partner is “qualified” 5. Both clubs current with TRF reports
District 6000 Global Grant Requirements 1. Minimum $15, 000 TRF award, $33, 750 project budget 2. Partner Rotary club in project country 3. Host partner encouraged to contribute 4. Intl sponsors contribute at least 30% 5. Host partner takes report responsibility 6. Project falls in Area(s) of Focus 7. Respect community needs & wishes

D-6000 Global Grant Funding Guidelines • Only contributions from D-6000 clubs will be matched with D-6000 DDF • Maximum D-6000 DDF match for any one project is $22, 500 • GG applications accepted throughout the Rotary year, processed on a rolling basis • GGs will be competitive in D-6000 so early application is recommended
D-6000 Global Grant Funding Guidelines • Recommend partnering with other clubs and districts to increase the cash and DDF available for a project • Maximum TRF match is $200, 000 • Additional competition and TRF approval for a TRF award over $50, 000
