HORIZONTAL LEGAL MEASURES ON PRODUCTS TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The Law no. 608/2001 on products conformity assessment as modified and completed Government Decision no. 487/2002 regarding designation procedure as modified and completed Government Decision No. 71/2002 regarding the modules and the rules for the affixing and use of the European conformity Marking CE, as modified and completed Government Decision no. 891/2004 regarding the setting up of some measures for Market Surveillance of product within the regulated fields provided for in the Law no. 608/2001 on products conformity assessment, as subsequently amended.
