QE: formal recognition • Text Note: The government shall ensure that requirements are established

QE: formal recognition • Text Note: The government shall ensure that requirements are established for the formal recognition of qualified experts. Formal recognition means documented acknowledgement by the relevant authority that a person has the qualifications and expertise required for the responsibilities that he or she will bear in the conduct of the authorized activity. The recognition could be practically based on peer review of the documents provided by the applicants, written and /or practical examination, etc.
