Completing your online application • Create on-line account -allows you to save and return to complete at a later date. • Many applications have a transcript request or counselor form sent electronically to the guidance department or ask students to print and deliver to the guidance office • Some online applications may ask students to print and distribute teacher recommendations as well. • Applications are not reviewed until all parts are complete. Students must read through admissions process and required forms thoroughly (ex. High school transcript, FDLTCC transcript, ACT score report, etc. ) • Students must choose to submit application fee electronically or send a check • The Guidance office will send high school transcript through Parchment, SENDU, or Common App.

ID -If you have taken CITHS courses you already have a Star. ID! If you didn’t save paperwork, contact FDLTCC to access your FDLTCC email account OR Create your Star. ID – if you have not taken a college course The Star. ID is a username with the goal of replacing your many login IDs with one ID, one password, everywhere. Once you activate it, you can use your Star. ID and password anywhere that accepts Star. ID. It is unique across the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, so you can use it at more than one school. This does not include private schools or the University of MN system.

Official transcripts cost $8 and unofficial transcripts cost $3.
